Through our valued partnerships with the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Thomas Jefferson University, we offer a no-cost mental health assessment consultation that will provide a diagnosis and treatment plan so that those who struggle with mental illness can navigate the road to long-lasting health.
At Jefferson Health, you’re not alone when you’re suffering from a mental health disorder – whether anxiety, depression, insomnia, drug and alcohol abuse, and many others. We’re here to provide high quality, compassionate and supportive programs in an environment that respects your dignity and independence.
The following mental health professionals serve as MGH Faculty and Contributors.
In the past, we worked with the Departments of Psychiatry at Temple University Health System and Drexel University College of Medicine to support our Adolescent Mental Health Counseling Program. While working with them, we are able to deliver informative and engaging presentations on Adolescent Anxiety and Depression to High School students, their parents, teachers, coaches, counselors, and school administration. This High School Outreach Program currently serves the Greater Philadelphia region.
Valued Beyond Measure. That’s how we view our Volunteers at Michael’s Giving H.A.N.D. They are compassionate, hard-working members of the MGH family, ready to serve in any capacity to get the job done. Some knew Michael well and serve to honor his memory. Others know a “Michael” and serve to make a difference in the lives of people they may never meet. Our Volunteers allow us to maximize and direct our donations toward our community programs and services because they help us with the administrative tasks, event logistics, fundraising, marketing campaigns and so much more.
